Derrick has been very poorly and needed transport from near Sheffield to Blackpool. The team arrived on time and handled him with care and kindness delivering him to his new home safe and sound. The only problem was that the driver came from the same area of north London as Derrick, close to Holloway. They are both loyal Arsenal supporters and had a lot in common. Well I suppose someone has to be! 😂

I recently completed the Safe Administration of Life-Saving Medication (SALM) course with MK Medical Group, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From start to finish, it was an exceptional experience.

A huge shoutout to Matt Manfield, our instructor, whose expertise, professionalism, and approachable teaching style made the course both highly enjoyable and deeply informative. Matt had an incredible way of breaking down complex information into easily digestible pieces, ensuring everyone felt confident and supported throughout.

The training facilities were top-notch—clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed to learn and practice effectively. The entire environment was welcoming and inclusive, making it easy to feel at ease and fully immersed in the training.

What stood out the most was the sense of community and encouragement I felt during the course. Matt and the team fostered an atmosphere where every question was valued, and no one was left behind. It was clear they genuinely care about their trainees and their future ability to safely administer life-saving medications.

Thank you, MK Medical Group and Matt, for delivering such a positive and empowering learning experience. I left feeling confident, well-prepared, and inspired to apply what I’ve learned. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this course to anyone looking to expand their knowledge and skills.

I can only compliment MK Medical Group on the service provided. I used their patient transport service to love my mum from hospital to a nursing home that was outside the East Midlands area and EMAS would not support. Communication was prompt and accurate despite it being organised on a Saturday afternoon. The team arrived at the hospital for collection perfectly on time and were complimented by nursing staff. The team provided an ETA that was very accurate and I was able to meet them upon arrival. The whole process worked perfectly. The team treated my mother with dignity and respect at all times and engaged proactively with nursing staff at the destination. I would definitely use the service again.

Recently used MK Medical patient transport service to take my elderly husband and myself as carer to our local hospital for a scan. Marvellous, comfortable ambulance. Wonderful service all round. Kelly and Liam brilliant, very kind, caring, considerate, friendly, reassuring and professional, nothing too much trouble. Waited during the scan and then took us home afterwards. Many thanks to them and all concerned. Will definitely be using their services again when needed.

Just completed FREC4 training with MK and just want to say how impressed I was with the whole set up. Booking and pre-course materials were easy and timely, and Matt's expertise and style made the 5 days training a great experience. Highly recommend!

MK Medical staff were brilliant and provided everything we asked for. The whole team were so professional & integrated so well our volunteer team of doctors, paramedics, nurses & first aiders you can’t tell us apart in the picture below. We were providing 24 hour care, including conveyance to hospital when necessary, for 8,500 delegates who are camping/caravanning for a full or part week at New Wine Trust annual events at Kent County Showground over a two week period. All equipment provided was in good working order, staff were well presented, good time keeping & clinically knowledgeable. We had a great team spirit, nothing was too much trouble & I am looking forward to working with Matt & Kelly to plan next year’s event. Thanks MK Medical for working with us to provide a safe, responsive medical service to delegates with a range of injuries, clinical emergencies, medical conditions & mental health needs.

MK Medical were first class during the procedure. They arrived before the schedule time. Moving our parents into the nursing home. They were attentive to all their needs and requirements. The whole procedure ran smoothly making the process less stressful for the family.
