I cannot believe they call this a pharmacy no stock of anything useful, I have been in before asking for dressings following a lesion removal none available only offered micropore - pointless, today a customer in front of me was asking for any pain relief with codine no stock just offering ibuprofen, he said it upsets his stomach causing heartburn just told to take with food and not listening to him saying he had tried it. The biggest problem was when my husband went to collect my prescription they gave him his but closed off mine, when I went in to collect mine I was told mine had been collected I had to insist the check the drawer to see mine was there and they had the prescription of my husband's open, then tried to blame the mix up on my husband, so be careful if you have been prescribed anything new that they actually give you the correct one. I can't remember the pharmacist name that we used to have to start with but he was really good but replacement staff are no good

Great experience, super service! The pharmacist gave me some great advice too. And all the staff were really helpful. They even phoned me when the medication they ordered for me came in the next day. 10/10

For a new service this has been a fantastic addition to the village. All staff are friendly and welcoming but Manny the Pharmacist is especially helpful and goes above and beyond every time, happy to have a chat about any concerns you may have and provides really helpful advice. Thanks to all.

Pharmacist at Minerva went above and beyond to help me. Needed some antibiotics, one pharmacy in Bicester didn’t have them, the second one in Bicester told me to come back tomorrow as they were closing soon !? Phoned Minerva and the pharmacist was really helpful and offered to stay open later to help. Amazing service, lovely guy and a very clean and tidy shop.
