The nurse at my doctors practice recommended Angelo to help me stop smoking. I have smoked in excess of 30 years and was a bit skeptical. Due to health issues I needed to stop smoking. Angelo conducted an initial consultation explaining how the process would work. I found this really helpful and informative. On 10th October 2022 at 4.30 I smoked my last cigarette. Angelo spent a lot of time talking about how the mind works. A lot of it was common sense but put in a way that made me question why I smoked. This has been the best decision I have ever made and I cannot recommend Angelo highly enough. Very professional procedure and well worth every penny. I have gone cold turkey so no vaping patches etc. I am still stunned that I gave up first time.

I enlisted Angelo’s help with something that can’t be cured, so I had a tall ask right off the bat. He didn’t shy away and still took me on as a client and I just want to sing his praises.

I have PMDD and my depressive, irritable symptoms (amongst many more) only show up around 2 weeks before my period.

His sessions were amazing and very much well crafted questions to help me come to my own conclusions. Even though I haven’t had a session in a few months, things I learned, I’m still doing today.

Whilst what I have is incurable, his work has definitely helped me manage it from a psychological perspective and so I’m impressed with the outcome.

If I ever need some therapy in the future, I’ll definitely be using Angelo again and I thoroughly recommend him!

As somebody who's long suffered with mental health problems I am amazed at how effective solution based hypnotherapy has been for me. This type of therapy I find has been more helpful for rebuilding my self-esteem, combating my depression and my anxiety compared to other types of therapy such as CBT which I find doesn't target your subconscious mind like hypnotherapy does. All in all I'd definitely recommend giving it a go if everything else you've tried has not been too helpful for whatever it is that's currently troubling you.

I have been suffering with depression and anxiety for over 30 years. I have had all sorts of councilling. Nothing worked. My friend suggested hypnotherapy. I so wish I had found this sooner. You really owe it to yourself to find a solution. I am so glad I found Mindplan
