Was service user until August time i had notified mind prior after got attacked to no joke me being intimidated by my attacker at front to me eventually getting in there to being judged by few won't lie then had someone come to me in confidence to basically try msg me tryed add my number to then I say hi to reicive nothing but I'm this that basically and my attacker got some support group not impressed 👍 100% what shoddy place don't worry really told them peace my own mind you lot need job losses. I'm one wakes up to scars my large intestine perfated made my condition with bam and chrons worse to point on set liver deasese I don't drink never really have so yeh pretty irate glad made stand today I don't need place like that keep you backwards

Not from a service users point of view but my daughter did her work placement here and hasn’t stopped talking about how wonderful the staff were to her during her time at mind. Great, genuine people who want to help 🙂

Very helpful service for people in crisis due to mental health problems. Polite, friendly and professional staff. Relax in there with a cup of tea or coffee and private chat with staff available. They give advice and help when you need it most. Great charity.

I went here yesterday and just sobbed for 2hrs. I don't know how much it helped me but it was better to not be on my own. The staff I encountered were nice. Thanks for tolerating me for as long as you did.

No ventilation in the cafe, no social distancing, out of date vaccinations. 3 reasons not to go here if you value your health. Surely being able to understand English is a prerequisite. Apparently you have to phone ahead to find out if it's safe for you to attend

Ok where do.I start simple question is why am I been stopped going here read your feed back about my history I dont expect your to reply your have great staff I must admit you have a lot lot swinging the lead it's could easy money about time your sorted thinks out I was stop going because I could see what's going on about time you had a sort out well.that's not going to happen it so hope your new manager has a different approach ?

Well what can I say except extremely shabby service!!! Clients kept asking me for an Tenner on the rare occasions that I did attend there!!! 🤬🤬🤬 Staff Members deliberately speaking over Me on The Phone!!! 🤬🤬🤬 Like I didn’t have an voice nor POV… 🤬🤬🤬 Staff also point blank refused 2 Help Me write an Letter of Complaint 2 both My Ex Pharmacy & Doctor’s. & Claimed that it was get this? No Longer in there Remit? Well I just have 1 word 2 say 2 that. Complete/Utter Bull Man!!! 🤬🤬🤬 It’s suffice 2 say that I’ve withdrawn myself from There Services!!! With immediate effect!!! & also wrote an letter of Complaint via email. In regards 2 The Female Member of Staff Speaking Over Me. Over The Phone!!! & when I Challenged Her. She then Claimed that She was rushing for another Appointment?
