Went without medication for 5 days because the doctor had a problem with their printer. Had to get a new prescription so my husband went to pick it up for me. After waiting twenty minutes at a vacant reception where a notice clearly states do not approach the desk, A gentleman said that he needed to ring a bell so when he did a receptionist came out of the back office. She just said to him ‘what’s the issue?’ When he said there wasn’t an issue and that he just wanted to pick up a prescription, she said ‘well that’s the issue then!’
Rude and aggressive staff should not be employed in a patient facing role! This medical centre is known for its awkward ‘jobsworth’ staff but they are getting worse! Appalling attitude.

When you talk to the receptionist that I have a doctor's appointment, he looks surprised and thinks I am from another planet. This has happened many times and it is a very unpleasant experience.

Impossible to get an appointment here. I received a letter over 12 months ago for a check up and I've honestly been trying to get through every month since.

I call the surgery from 8am and it is constantly engaged, and the times it does start to ring through and I think I'm getting somewhere I then get "call ended" without any answer. You can't walk in as there is no way to book an appointment in advance, it's just what is available that day, which are all taken up by the calls from 8 - 8:15am.

Tried to use the online route, to speak to a GP online which never has any available Drs and says "next appointment 8am tomorrow".

Really poor service and system in place to make sure each patient has an opportunity to access to a Dr, completely unable to fulfil health care needs.

I cannot fault this surgery.
I have never had a problem when it comes to getting an appointment. They have been especially brilliant with my one year old daughter who has been quite poorly these past couple of months.

Diabolical service, reception staff all tell you different information even when you make it clear you need a face to face appointment. Even after that you're fobbed off with a telephone appointment which is no use at all for patients they need to be seen face to face.

When you try ringing for an appointment you cant get through for atleast 20 minutes cause the phone is switched off which according to the manager I'm a liar. So I have them calls recorded and also other statements from other patients.

Throw out warnings like their toffees for their staffs mistakes. so now I'm taking it further cause after speaking to the manager again she still ignored everything I said and just did not care. So now I'm going to be letting the papers now and anyone else who will listen.

Mental health is important and the NHS and doctors are disgusting how they treat people with it. All my calls are recorded so start telling the truth

Impossible to get an appointment on the day, As phone lines are busy.
When you do get through, receptionists will hang up mid opening sentence.
Attended in person as doctor advised reception to contact me was told reception will only contact when appointment is available, but there's never any avaliable.
