I’ve used this surgery and Poringland for years. My overall experience (especially in the last year) has been very good. Friendly nurses and helpful doctors. The receptionist is usually very willing to listen and understating too. There is one Dr I try to avoid seeing but over all I think the surgery has provided me with a very good service

I've been with Hempnall for a few years now and I've always been satisfied by the service provided. The staff at the reception (apart from one) are very friendly and helpful. The doctors I have seen are all very professional and knowledgeable. During the difficult time of the lockdown, the service has carried as smoothly as it was possible for them. The only issue I would have is some services are only available in Poringland and for people without a car living in Hempnall is not very good. Apart from that, I am very happy with my surgery especially hearing stories from other surgeries.
