I’ve recently seen Dan (GP) who was compassionate, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. I left feeling like I’d finally been heard. He sorted me out with the right medication and promised an urgent referral to the hospital. I got a phone call from the hospital the next day with an appointment. Now that is service.
I left my appointment feeling reassured and he’s since followed up.
Thank you isn’t enough, you are a credit to the surgery.

I used the online booking form at 8:15 am on a Friday morning and got a phone call at 9 am to make arrangements for a in person consultation later that same day. My appointment was on time and I saw Dr. Thomas. He was helpful and professional from start to finish and was able to do some tests during the same appointment. He also arranged for me to come back on the Monday for a blood test to be taken by one of his colleagues. The whole process has been quick and easy and I all the staff have been great. I haven’t been to the doctors in years but would recommend this practice. Thanks

They always take care of me there. Especially at ann street. I've had doctors who have gotten things done for me to make sure I'm getting the best treatment and options.

I don't mind the booking system. But I can see how it can be frustrating to people.
