Absolute joke! Had my son registered with them and they now removed him from their system and pushing to go private and asked us to pay. Have 2 children, one of them still registered! Avoid playing their card and find a decent and respectful dentist!

Rude and incompetent dentist experience

Multiple reasons to avoid this dentist from my painful experience:

1. 2 x fillings which cost £350 resulting in pain that won’t go, when I had zero pain before.
2. Receptionists who cant work a calendar hence booking me in on a day I’m never in the county, then blaming me for turning up on the day I previously agreed over the phone.
3. The crazy phone rant I received after I did miss one appointment (ill and slept through it, my fault) to get him to fix the pain he caused. I endured a dentist calling me a liar, a time waster and swearing at me, when the tooth is damaged due to his incompetency. No apology. All my fault. Would I trust this man to professionally fix his error, not a chance, so I’m paying more for a proper dentist.

He even took great umbrage at me questioning his skills and claimed I was the first person to ever complain about his work! Forgetting my wife had a similar experience of nerve pain after his filling 18 months ago and still suffering after 3 return visits, who warned me not to use him, more fool me!

Save yourself the pain in your mouth and your ear when you get him trying to phone you and shout down the phone in a tantrum. Just pick a higher rated dentist like I should have done first time. Most local dentists have more than 9 reviews so do your homework.

I await the ongoing defensive and accusatory reply.

Removing NHS children patients without notifying and then you'll be surprise with a smile and the offer to be accepted privately against cost.

My son and I both joined the practice recently. Brilliant communication from the reception and the dentist was very informative and great when communicating with my 6 year old. Highly recommended and I'm looking forward to my hygiene appointment.
