Have been registered at the surgery for two years now. Very attentive and responsive doctors/nurses and reception staff. Appointments aren’t difficult to get, whether telephone or in person. Overall it’s been a positive experience, compared to the London practices.
Would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a new surgery.

This is an excellent GP surgery. It has been our family GP for many years and we've seen many different doctors. As my mum has aged and developed many different health problems, they have been consistently caring and active in facilitating referrals, tests and treatment and I have never been let down by them.

Had my first cervical screening test done here. The nurse was so lovely and explained everything clearly. I didn’t have to wait on the phone for too long before a receptionist answered to book the appointment.

Rude receptionist; hangs up on you if you ask a question. GP won't give you a hospital appointment when required; had to go to Peterborough hospital to be referred to Addenbrookes. They said it was appalling lack of professionalism. Very disappointing.

Okay so the NHS is not exactly at its best point right now, but I want to give a massive thank you to Dr Ramesh. He really listened to my needs, was calm and patient and I felt that I was cared for and in safe hands. Nonjudgmental, diligent and professional - the best one could hope for from a GP.

No option to give - or negative that’s why giving 1 star. This GP is really worst. To make an appointment, I have to wait 1.5 hour on call still they didn’t picked the call. So I cut the call and redialled then again I have to wait. Calling team is not responsible. Completely spoiled 1000 pounds a year by Spoiling IHS payment as an International Student. Will share this feedback to upper management aswell. This is the best example for poor service

Awful - just awful. All of it. Some GPs are rude and have no idea how to speak with patients, receptionist are very unhelpful too. Its always a bad experience. Only one GP seems to be good. Register elsewhere and save yourself frustration.
