My mum is in Mill House and she has always been treated amazing by carers and all staff the activities available to them is first class

My experience of this home and it’s staff were shocking, after 5 phone calls and two emails to their senior management team I received no response at all, I was completely ignored .

My father was due to be moved into this home for Dementia Care But due to their ignorance and lack of care towards family members we have decided to go elsewhere to a home that truly cares about people.
