I had a tooth extraction today, and whilst I was rather apprehensive to start with, and felt anxious about the whole process, the team went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and as relaxed as I could be. The reception staff have the best customer service I've ever received, always friendly and happy to see you. The team of dentists are extremely professional and friendly. They take time to explain everything, in a way that's easily understood and have the patience needed to deal with my many questions. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking.

Dr Shah is a brilliant dentist. I have seen her several times and on each occasion, she has been punctual, courteous, very good at communicating the situation and providing me with guided information about treatment options. Recently, she did a filling for my tooth and the experience was seamless, without discomfort and she communicated with me throughout. Well done Dr Shah.

I have been a patient for over 15 years, they are very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr Aparna is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. The usual impeccable service from reception staff, who are always very welcoming.

I am so glad to have been accepted as a patient at midsummer dental a couple of years ago, I can’t imagine going anywhere else, so much better than anywhere else I’ve been in my 60 years. They have fitted me in at short notice, they explain everything so well, I don’t feel rushed, it’s clean and light, all the staff are efficient and friendly. Top marks you guys, the best dental surgery ever.

Booked an emergency appointment, having broken a molar. Wasn’t expecting the problem to be resolved immediately (previous dentists have always advised the most complex and expensive solution), but Dr Neha Shah examined me, took X-rays, explained the options and completed the chosen one all within 40 minutes.
Very impressed with the service and will be changing from my regular dentist to Midsummer from now.

I have recently seen Dr Winto Lau for a check up and then a filling. He always is very skilled, thorough, calm and friendly. Dr. Christidis is genuinely cares about his patients. His expertise and caring approach made all the difference for me. He took the time to address all my concerns and explained my treatment options clearly, which put me at ease I am in good hands.

Amy was incredibly supportive and friendly, making me feel at ease throughout the visit.
