I used Midland Health for their Gold Package Health Check. The facilities were clean and well presented in a nice area. There was parking available on site and the reception area wasn't busy at all. Staff were extremely friendly and the appointment was quick and efficient. The results I had back in less than a week. I have already recommended them to most I know should they be considering private health care.

I had a great experience at Midland Health. From initially making contact to book in a medical with Claire, to the appointment today.
The ladies on the reception were great and resolved an issue quickly & efficiently.
I was seen by nurse Hannah, Mohammed & Dr. Stendall who provided an exceptional service. They completed all necessary tests and ensured I was satisfied prior to leaving.
I will definitely be recommending the practice to family and friends solely based on my experience today!

I had an initial appointment and booked for a further follow appointment up with Dr Sarah Wright. I felt well looked after, that my concerns were listened too, with a genuine desire to help me get some answers for my health concerns. I was given extra advice for possible next steps too, which I also really appreciated! The clinic is very clean and the reception staff were also lovely, as well the staff that took my bloods who really looked after me after becoming dizzy. All in all, I would definitely return without a doubt

Having never been to a private GP before I didn't know what to expect. What I got was a lovely appointment with a lady who seemed to genuinely care about how I felt and took the time to really understand what is going on with me. She asked all sorts of questions about my health and history, and even extended my appointment by half an hour (free of charge) as she had the availability and wanted to spend time getting deeper into questions and examinination. Would 100% recommend!

I attended Midlands Health with my son trying to expedite the blood tests requested by the NHS GP, as he is currently unwell. We were seen on Saturday 05/10/2024, and told results would be back within 1 - 2 working days, and a follow up appointment was booked for Tuesday 08/10/2024. No blood results on Tuesday when I called, so the appointment was rescheduled to Thursday 10/10/2024, but no results on the bloods, or the swabs, taken 5 days ago. There has been no communication as to why results may be delayed, or any concern shown that these were tests ordered for an unwell child. Not only has the service severely fallen short on what was promised - it simply wasn't delivered. I paid for tests, and received no results.
When my email was responded to, it was acknowledged that the lab "advised they are unable to run this panel due to an issue at their lab", and an alternative test at a cost of £327 was proposed. Given that I haven't received the results of the first tests I initiated, and the second one "ran into issues", I think I will pass. Very disappointing and potentially negligent if no one at their lab has taken a look at bloods from an unwell child in 5 days! Very, very disappointing.

Saw Dr Sarah Wright, who was amazing at my appointment. Really knowledgeable, thorough and supported me in my decision making. She was quite open about her personal experience too which helped. From start to finish she made me feel at ease and I would definitely recommend her services.

Wow. I attended clinic today to see Dr Kasparis for a mole mapping appointment and he was absolutely amazing. He made me feel at ease straight away and explained the process throughout. Really put my mind at ease for someone that has so many moles all over the body. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars.

Thank you, Mr Parmar for performing a minor procedure that was unavailable on the NHS but is already having such a positive impact for my daughter.
