Hair treatments and transplant surgery can be a very daunting experience. Most people who have experienced hair loss, both male and female, will probably agree that it isn’t something we want to happen. However, our family genes make it inevitable in most cases. I come from a family where most of the men have retained their hair, but in recent years I have become conscious that my hair line has receded slightly and gone thinner around the crown. Rather than rush into things, I decide just to research what was available. I first contacted MHR in January 2024 and was invited to their clinic near Knutsford for a consultation with Dean one of their managers. Right from the start Dean was very compassionate, knowledgeable and transparent about the MHR process and advised me to go for the laser hair treatment that involves 12 months of fortnightly sessions lasting 40 minutes each where you simply sit under a laser lamp in a private room. The programme also involves daily medication and a hair spray that I assure has no side effects. There was no surgery - this was a very gentle and relaxed process that replenishes the existing hair roots and enhances the follicles to grow into a far richer look. The laser treatment is so straight forward you can read or watch TV throughout each session. Fast forward a year and I am very pleased with the results. My hair is more fuller and I am less sell conscious about my appearance than I was at the start of 2024. MHR are not cowboys and they will not b**t anyone to part with their money. They are leading professionals in hair treatment and I would urge anyone considering changes to their hair, to forget the flight to Turkey and look at what MHR can offer. Finally, I would like to say a big thank you to MHR, in particular Dean & Annabelle who were great throughout the whole process.

The staff are very professional, and the rooms are very clean and tidy. The fees which MHR charged me for hair restoration is worth it and is a lot cheaper compared to other hair clinics (trust me I have had a look around)

In terms of hair growth I have only been using their treatments for 6 months and can say I have seen great result, my hair has grown back.

Having started to experience thinning hair and increased recession of my hairline just over 18 months ago, I (sceptically) decided to try the non invasive (laser and medication) hair restoration approach available at MHR.

The results have been excellent with a dramatic improvement in hair thickness and density. The recession of my hairline has stopped and the treatment has "filled in the gaps" 🙂

The staff are excellent and make for a truly painless process- special mention to Dean who's always friendly and cheerful and completely removes the stigma/embarrassment wrongly associated with the process.

I'd urge anyone struggling with hair loss to give it a try. Having now been through the treatment, my key takeaways were that hair loss is a fairly simple process that can be easily avoided if you do something about it as quickly as possible

I’ve just finished my treatment with MHR and I am beyond happy with my results. Not only has my regrowth exceeded my expectations, my hair is overall much healthier and back to its usual thickness and colour.
From start to finish all of the staff at the Knutsford clinic have been really helpful and friendly which has made the whole experience easy and comfortable.
Before my treatment, I thought I was out of options, but going forward I’m much more knowledgeable about how to properly look after my hair and continue to get positive results, thanks to Dean explaining the process really clearly.

Roll back 6 months ago, I had a teams meeting with a clinic in central Manchester about a hair transplant. Very helpful and advised without seeing me in person that I should get a hair transplant. The same day, I had a face to face meeting with MHR clinic. I haven’t looked back. The first consultation was through and options were discussed. Dean advised the hair transplant would be a quick fix but wouldn’t be right for my hair situation and after a lengthy discussion and an alternative treatment of LLLT and a variety of herbal medication was suggested.

Straight away, after a meeting with Dean, you get a great vibe about the treatment options and he gives you the confidence to trust what they do and what he recommends.

5 months on, I have had a consultation with Dean and the before and after pics so far speak for themselves.

These guys are the real deal. The team are lovely and so helpful, put you at ease straight away and Dean is an absolute legend.

Don’t believe the hype about hair transplants. Book a consultation with MHR and see what they can do for you.

Sounds a little extreme but this really is a life changing experience and I’m only half way through my treatment! Bring it on

I would really recommend MHR to anyone considering hair loss treatment. All the staff are super helpful and I never once felt under any pressure to sign up to anything. The clinic is very clean and everyone puts you at ease. They have really helped me on my hair regrowth journey and I continue to be really pleased with the results. Having the aftercare and someone close by to guide and answer any questions was and still is priceless and was a big factor in chosing MHR rather than going abroad. My only regret is I should of done this years ago👍

I'm currently on a 12 month laser treatment plan, I'm in month 4 and have just had my first review.
I already felt more confident in myself following my own tracking but seeing the difference that Dean showed me has made my year. I feel like me again for the first time in over 2 years, I can see the clear progression and what could possibly be if I keep up the effort. MHR Clinic do what they say they can do. Very informative information and researched treatment. My hair has grown back in all areas. From somebody who has a genetic issue with hair loss, I am very very pleased. Remember a shampoo isn't going to solve hair loss. A great and simple experience.
