After experiencing all the trials, and tribulations, the fears, the anxieties, the stresses of looking after family members with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, this care home, its staffing on all levels, create a home , a safe and secure home with care. They deserve the 5 star I’m giving. With residents care, they are cleaned , groomed, fed, and watered in a safe environment. All care is given with dignity, respect, and understanding, even though it’s clear, everyone’s needs can be entirely different. Thankyou Alexandra House for giving my Dad the home and care he deserves.. 👍

As I understand it from the care staff. Very poor management, which puts undue stress both on residents and staff.
