it’s an okay place shouldn’t be rated as high as it is as there are many faults mainly due to managers as it is fair to say that they aren’t very good at keeping their patience there has been moments where i have heard staff being screamed at and shouted at by one particular manager who i don’t believe should work in a care sector he has very coercive tendencies which he not only uses on staff members but also sometimes on residents i understand punishment and rules are in place for a reason but i do also understand there is a limit
