The service we have received from this surgery is amazing. Every time we phone needing to speak or see a doctor, we get seen on the day we ring. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and we always get a call back, often leading to an appointment that day. The treatment we receive is excellent. One doctor referred me to hospital on a recent visit and the appointment came for two weeks later. This week my husband has had phone calls, blood tests and appointments with a nurse and doctor, all within two days. Thank you, Merston Green Practice, for all your concern. We continue to sing your praises.

Normally I am decently satisfied with this clinic (I wouldn't say amazed or in awe of the service), but normally they do their job and I guess I get something out of it. I have had better experiences though. And then today, I call with a query - I am 30 weeks pregnant btw - and they say someone will ring me. Well, someone did ring and I tried to answer to the best of my ability but my phone was playing up (because I work in a hot environment) - low and behold, I get this generic and dangerous(!) message, immediately after the phone call, to take drugs. They don't even know the issue and they are telling me to take drugs while I am 30 weeks pregnant?! Explain that one to me, Merstow. Maybe I should have signed up with a different practice when I moved here... Being pregnant makes changing more complex than I realistically have time for.

What's the point of only being able to book an appointment only on that day? Ridiculous. Is there a doctor you can make an appointment with? You know like all the previous years before people lost their minds . It's like they aren't aware people need to make arrangements around their appointment , kids, certain illness, transport etc. That or they don't want to actually treat you. NOT only that but they don't pay attention to .gov guidelines stated on website. Disgrace. I haven't seen this doctor in years, even after informing them of severe chest pain. Just some pointless phone call. N god forbid you should give more than one problem. I'll be looking for another surgery I hope they aren't all as bad as this one.

I cannot thank this surgery enough. I moved a couple of years ago due to repeated bad experiences elsewhere. Wow. Dr Grayson is such a caring, respectful and wonderful GP. She has restored my faith in GPs and eliminated my anxiety over the need to speak to a doctor. Other staff have always been thorough and caring from doctors, to nurses, HCAs and yes, even the reception staff!

My Husband had a face to face appointment at the dermatology AI hub today, he was seen on time by a lovley member of staff who did all the photos & explained everything to my Husband and myself, she answered all the questions we asked her, & told us what would happen next if anything further needed to be investigated.
It was lovley and clean and very welcoming, the lady on reception was very nice as well, we were treated well and it was a pleasure to go there 10/10

Firstly the reception staff have been 99% been helpful in my experience over the year's, a 100% is impossible with anyone so I’m pretty happy. I alway try to see the same doctor even though I’m not officially registered to this particular doctor within the practice, My disabled son also sees the same doctor as me as it’s more convenient to have continuity of care for both of us as sometimes our care needs overlap. Nurses I have dealt with I rate the same.
Possibly my only gripe is that it’s impossible to make an “in person”appointment at reception, I have stood in front of the receptionist after being told this and phoned the appointment phone line, I did tell them I was standing in reception at the time and it wasn’t important who I saw on this occasion, I literally sat down and almost before my backside hit the seat I was called into the doctor, worked out well that time but pointless.

New to Evesham. Walked in from the street, registered as a new patient. Booked an appointment with the nurse within 3/4 hour. Medication within 20 minutes. Very impressed, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, as was the nurse, must be a nice practise to work for, both had beautiful smiles. Makes a big difference.

i have only recently joined the practice after being at another in Tewkesbury but as i now live in Evesham i chose here. so far i am amazed at how good Merstow have been. no problems with the changeover and in fact the reception staff so friendly and helpful on all occasions I've talked to them. already only after 2 weeks i have been offered a NHS health check and a blood check for medication I've been on for years that my old doctors never did!
I'm so impressed
i was very nervous of changing doctors after all the years at another with my history but its been seamless and infact id say I'm so glad i did it. thankyou Merstow Green
