For many years an excellent family practice. Such a shame that over the past 6 months it's been a shambles. Repeat prescriptions cancelled without notice and impossible to book an appointment. Being left with no medication to manage a chronic condition is unacceptable. Seriously needs an inspection difficult to know what's changed but it's not good enough.

If I could put zero stars I would. Good luck getting an appointment.....always on hold and then when reception answers the phone the computer has crashed or some other excuse to make you call back. Would they call you back to save getting back in the queue? Not a chance! Can't keep blaming covid for all the problems. Best going to A&E or calling 111. Once they offered an appointment 4 days later, whats the point? Called 111 and they booked me in the same day at the same place. Moving GP asap

Five stars for the most miserable service I have received from a surgery. It's very difficult to get appointments, only for the appointments to get cancelled and there’s no one to inform you ahead of time till you get to the surgery.

The receptionist told me the walk-in was from 8 am (useful before work). At that time I was told the doctor was not due in until 9:20. A bit frustrating.

The receptions and Dr.s are doing quite acceptable but you have to wait a long time for your appointment and the time they’re giving you could change for an hour later cause it’s a walking centre!
