My wife became ill due to a virus at the Co-Op areana and was treated by the medical team, after some research I found the company was Mersey medical services, I have contacted the company directly to pass on my gratitude to the paramedic, nurse and Dr that treated my wife, they were extremely professional, friendly and couldn't reassure my wife enough that she wasn't a burden. From what I have seen this is an excellent medical company with outstanding staff

Exceptional care provided to my daughter who needed assistance at the local fair, the guys acted very professional while keeping her calm and providing the required care to ensure she didn't need any further treatment and could continue with her day.

Their transport team were fantastic. They made sure my mum got home safely and securely. They were very friendly and very good at reassuring my mum, as well as looking after her when she felt a little unwell. Mums wheelchair was very secure in the back of their transport van, they brought in her bags and everything for me, just can't say enough good things about them all.

OMG what a team!
As promised, a massive shout-out to Josh and Simon who had a last-minute call out, driving from Manchester to Liverpool to pick us up from the airport and then driving us all the way to Stevenage in Hertfordshire. Our plane had been diverted due to bad weather amidst my son's repatriation following a spinal injury in Thailand. The journey had been horrendous, with a stop over in the Saudi German hospital in Dubai following engine trouble. I can not tell you how relieved we were to see these two gentle faces and hear their northern accents. They liaised with staff at Lister hospital to bypass emergency and get my son straight onto the ward. I promised they would get the best Google review from me. Thank you Josh & Simon you are amazing and we are all so very grateful to you both. Sharon & Ethan xx

Josh & Graham picked me & my poorly 4 year old up from Whiston hospital to transport us to Ormskirk hospital Friday night. Made it seem like a fun adventure for my 4year old & made me feel less worried. They did a really great job. Thank you very much. Great service.

Wonderful service. We have used these services for several organised events and couldn't be happier. We are a commercial live music and arts venue. We used Mersey Medical Services for a large 12 hour dance party.
