It's easy to see polarising reviews like this on Google or Amazon where there is a mix of 1 star reviews from those that have had a bad experience(s) and then 5 star reviews from those that have consistently had great experiences... it's why the general advice is to look for the 3 or 4 star reviews to get a balanced view.

However, I'm leaving this 5 star review - not to balance out the negative ones - but rather because we have consistently seen the professionals that work here go the extra mile and undertake tasks way outside of their job spec because they do care and want to make a difference. We've had emails back from employees at 10PM, showing they are still working, unpaid, way outside of their work hours (which isn't something I condone, as work-life balance is important) - but again it goes to show the level of care that can be provided.

At the end of the day, like all places, your experience will vary. But I can only go off what I have experienced here over many visits and the multiple different professionals that we have seen here.
