I give 5 star to Doctors I have seen but trying to make an appointment is almost impossible. The 8am app ringing time is very difficult to get through, and even when managing to get through there are no appointments left on that day, having to ring again next day. Receptionist very rude in different occasions without a reason. Giving up on wanting to be seen whilst suffering with health.

The Receptionists have a reassuring manner when you call. They will always try to find you the earliest appointment available. The Doctors listen well and, if they are unable to sort the problem, will refer you to a Specialist.
They are very good with telephone appointments and calling about Blood Test Results where the Nurse taken Blood and sent it off for Analysis. The Nurses are very pleasant and efficient.

Absolutely disastrous! Wouldn’t recommend that place at all !! I don’t really think they care about people. Very rude people working there not enough staff doctors almost every time not available and not very educated. My auntie had a pain. In her hand and doctor there told her to do a search on youtube and to help herself ‍♀️ for what we pay there salaries then ?!?

Great doctors surgery, always been able to get an appointment when i have needed one. Lovely staff and easy parking. Great to have a pharmacy on the same site. Gutted i need to find a new doctors soon as moving out of the area.

As a visitor to the area, I called the out-of-hours number on Saturday morning. My call was answered within one minute and I was given an appointment within the hour. I was seen early by the Advanced Nurse Practitioner, who listened to my problem, asked relevant questions, offers appropriate advice and support, with suggestions for follow-up action. She was empathetic, friendly and informative. Excellent service!

Very rude doctors, I wasted many years there. They lost all my medical notes and records. Not a good word to say about the many years I stubbornly kept faith. The doctors notes left between many different doctors on there screen was very cruel when revealed. It showed me the true feelings of the many doctors I saw. Do not fear the exchange time to transfer away from this place to another friendlier and competent G.P. Do not be afraid to complain to NHS England.

Absolutely the worst doctors surgery ever, every time i phone up they are unnecessarily rude and it makes me hate trying to phone up for a doctors appointment. Even if you phone up at 8am in the morning its incredibly difficult to get an appointment, but I refuse to go back there because of their sheer rudeness
