I've visited a relative and to check the home out. The home is really well run by complete professionals .It's immaculately clean and kept that way the care given to the hom residentsis second to none . The first thing i noticed when I went in was a beautiful mural that had been handmade by one of the staff . It was poppy tribute to all those who sacrificed their lives for us so we could live in freedom well done that member of staff. The staff were helpful, pleasant, and professional at all times, especially Michelle . Thank you, Michelle, for showing us around and producing that fantastic tribute of remembrance to our brave troops, I hope it's there for a long time to come 👍🏻⚓️ from a veteran .

My dad was in this care home for about a month, we had good feedback saying this was a good a place for my dad to see his last days out and would see his last days out with dignity, started off ok no problems until 2 days B4 my dad died when we had to get InTouch with CHC to have a look at the way my dad was getting looked after and it was poor, keeping curtains shut, door shut, and nurse call button at the bottom of the bed, even tho he couldn't move by this time, room was a mess and so was my dad's last days 😡

Had a look around the care home superlative from start to finish looking for my mother can't comment on the care yet but I will get back to you (mam had dementia mam passed away 19 01 23 )🙏🙏🙏
