# do not trust this care firm with yourself or your family’s lives. I am a very seriously ill person with copd and enforceemer and was put in to the care of this firm by social services (Nottingham) I have now been with this firm for the last two months. And it’s been the worst two months ever treated like a prisoner in your own home as these carers will not take you out to get fresh air or pull u out in to the back yard as I’m stuck in a wheelchair so Carnt get out by myself. In the two months of being with this firm I have had multiple times where I have had to be admitted to hospital due to low oxygen levels had to have record number of ambulances to help. The staff that work here dont even realise when you’re struggling to breathe or do anything. I am also currently taking leagal advice for this reason. Never once since they took the job on have the managers come to see you or assess how bad things are. All this firm want to do is come in give u a wash and change ur clothes and give u food at times convenient to them if the carers actually bother to turn up. Or do the job. Some of the staff that work here also dont understand how to cook food they have to keep asking is this done. Some carers just want in and out in record time

Do not allow these near your family, rude, not trained, don't even know the name of client, they have been known to show up at address looking for another client, leaves doors open on way out, refused to show ID and refused phone number for main office, would not give one star but option for zero stars

When all the positive feedback you get on google for a place has been put on by the management themselves then that should speak for itself as of how good a place & company these guys really are.
Very rude, hypocrisy within the work place, unprofessional staff who are not trained in basic customer service never mind health and personal care, lied to at your face and on many occasions over a number of years had differences with them. Staff get paid for missing calls that head office are not aware of, they are not helpful and don't respect clients houses. They have foul language and talk on mobile phones whilst trying to care for clients. I could go on forever but I shouldn't need to and neither going to waste anymore time.

Have been using Meridian for two weeks now and all I can say is each Carer are very professional, caring and very Polite. They shower and dress me. They make sure I am ok and sit me down then they go and mop and clean the wet room afterwards every time. I can't praise them enough.
