Whilst the carers are great, the management associated to Glyn Rhosyn in Holywell is truly awful. They act like little dictators, causing anxiety to their own patients. They completely lack common sense. Be warned!

I've just lodged a complaint, let's see where we get. I will post an update!

I have a relative in one of their care homes.

It's interesting to see the comments on here about their management. They have real problems by the looks of it, I too think the management is appalling - where did they get these people from? Even the nurse has an argumentative, sulky attitude.

I would not recommend it.

A friend of mine use to work on Willow which is a residential unit ran by this organisation. The management here is appalling. Absolutely awful service. Would avoid Willow like the plague.
