The hospital lovely staff brilliant and so lovely towards you... the only thing that let it down is if you have traffled a long way there is no where your partner or family member can sit and have a coffee or food.

The staff here are all so amazing. I literally just had a procedure (still sitting here in recovery), and I can honestly say that I've never received more thoughtful, caring, and empathetic care. We took our mum for a dermatologist appointment this morning. From the moment we walked through the doors we were welcomed, offered help, and treated so well. The dermatologist was obviously busy but didn’t rush us and was kind and caring with our mother. Lovely place and people thank you.

I went to Melton Mowbray as a day case to have a bilateral hernia repair. The whole experience was faultless. I couldn’t have wished for better care. Every person I encountered was respectful, professional and friendly especially Rebecca, my allocated nurse. My heartfelt thanks to all who looked after me.

I we t to the hospital yesterday for a sigmoidoscopy and found the whole experience amazing. Everyone was so professional,helpful and caring.
The procedure was painless and done with incredible care and professionalism. Every single one of the 7 people who was involved were all amazing.

Quite a new hospital building, sadly somewhat under utilised by the NHS. There is a minor injuries unit, a birthing centre and a community hospital unit dealing mainly in rehab for the elderly. The main building is clean, spacious and modern and quite peaceful for an NHS facility (hence my suspicion it's under utilised). My mother in law is currently in the Dalgelish ward of the community hospital unit and compared to a previous stay at Loughborough it's much nicer and staff seem to have more time to spend with the patients.
