Melburay Care Ltd is managed by unprofessionals and Liars who are not fully trained, and can be extremely rude, this company clearly doesnt have any policies in place, as a Care organization it is imperative that these are followed with regular staff training.
This company clearly are more interested in Financial gains rather than ensuring that all service users needs are met. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Absolute disgrace. This care facility only cares about the financial boost that they receive from the local authority on behalf of the vulnerable children they accept into their “care”. Very careless and unprofessional. They do not care about the children in their “care” they only pretend to. This service is devastatingly dangerous and it is a shame that the local authority still funds this “establishment”.

The most unprofessional establishment, avoid at all cost. The staff here are clearly not equipped with the basic skill set to run this establishment. They are extremely unprofessional and should not be in the care of others especially the vulnerable. Communication and common sense is clearly not their strong points they shouldn’t be in business and would STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO AVOID. If i could i would give 0 stars, ridiculous

The best healthcare provider in the UK by far. Well trained staff who are willing to go the extra mile for you to have quality service, experienced management staff who swiftly takes request and act accordingly on them, they even have emergency lines you can call for extremely urgent matters.
This healthcare provider is highly recommended.

Very unprofessional care agency. They do not care about the client, only money and taking packages they cannot facilitate. The management are rude and do not run the company at all. The staff are unprofessional, untrained and treat the client like a patient. Staff fell asleep on shifts and refused to help the client. Bad company, run a mile!

Terrible experience with this agency,carers late most days if turning up at all,some carers rude and unproffesional in front of client,some carers lying,most carers sleeping on shift on waking nights,one slept on dayshift,Management hard to get hold of,promised us everything but never delivered,office number is a prepaid mobile with full mailbox so you cannot leave messages.Management suggesting client should be away from familly,which only makes sense as it would mean no one reporting all the safeguards we witnessed over just a few weeks,Avoid this agency in our opinion,has caused great stress on our familly member which now we and a reputable provider have to mend,and the only review thats 5 stars is by the manager
