I love their efficiency , although they remain professional Candice makes you feel like you are not just a number or an employee. She always keeps you updated with new opportunities and allows you to make those decisions without any pressure. Candice is one of the best consultants l have met, and she always delivers. Where it's impossible she communicates to you unlike others who live you in a limbo. It might be trivial for some but for me someone asking how I'm doing means a lot and it goes a long way. I've been with MedPure for two years now. Your experience would be greatly affected by the consultant handling your account. It is not consistent with all their staff. Sadly, I worked with a consultant who is very deceiving. He changes your rates per work you do to try to manipulate you to do the shifts. He changed it subtly with a quick message before booking me. I agreed to do the shift without noticing that he changed it. It was nearly a GBP4 per hour cut from the originally agreed rate. Who agrees to that!? I reported him to the manager but received little intervention. Apart from this, I had two shifts cancelled very near the start of my supposed to be shift. This was in Homerton. To get there, it takes me 2 hours. Imagine commuting there, arrived there and then get a call an hour prior that your shift is cancelled. I requested for a 2 hour compensation for both days but received no response about this. I am now working with a new consultant who seems to be okay but my trust is definitely not there anymore. I thought of writing this message for others to be careful just in case they come across a consultant behaving like that. My advise is, always save emails and screenshots of messages/emails containing the rates agreed.
