I can't thank the team enough for the incredible care they gave to my dog, Skye. From the moment we walked in, they were kind, patient, and so gentle with her. I was forced to book two separate consultations for my two guinea pigs, but they were seen together during the same 15-minute consultation. I was charged £90, which is extremely expensive for such a short visit. While the staff were lovely and very friendly, the cost is simply too high—I can’t afford to come back.

Very positive experience with a highly anxious dog that’s gets very distressed at vet appts. I couldn’t asked for a better service today from the practice. To prevent bringing her back and causing more stress for her they clipped her nails while I was at a vet appointment for an injury she had. I usually use Medivet Watford who are also very interested in the dogs best interests. I’ve never had a bad experience with them so far which is not easy with a dog that gets so distressed at the vet’s!

Excellent as always medivet always comes up trumps , had a good experience and the vet we saw instead of nick was lovely at the flitwick practice. Our dog had a scab /cut on his side of tail the groomer pointed it out and we couldn’t understand what it was. The vet straight away said it’s not a scab it’s crusted hair and observed underneath it a large round circle red with a distinctive centre mark , he said it’s a bite and squeezed the area and released puss and blood , and we told him we’d put sudocrem on it l he said continue with it and allow it to heal over , our dog hasn’t touched it so need for collar , and today it’s all but vanished , we can only assume something in the garden or park nipped him .. ty medivet as always

I can't praise the care my dog and myself received from all the staff at medivet.
From the awful day my dog was attacked by another dog until 4 weeks later when treatment was almost finished.
They showed true compassion and professionalism.
Informing me every step of the way what they were doing.
Even though my dog went through so much he still walked in their wagging his tail.
So from the bottom of my heart I thank you all at medivet Flitwick..

Good overall experience with Vet Nick who saw our older terrier he was very straight talking as we discussed our terriers health issues, he is elderly and has had blood in his urine recently and in his poo.
Following a scan it was revealed he has lumps in his liver, kidneys and testicle plus an enlarged prostate.
We suspected something possibly sinister but having multiple issues is very upsetting and hard to process. Vet Nixk helped enormously with this awful news and reassured us that there are things we can do, however owing to our dogs age we decided not to put him through any further tests etc just made whatever time he has with us good time.

I find all staff knowledgeable and very helpful. Never had a problem getting an appointment. Only criticism is they forget to let me know when my order of cat food has come in but apart from that I highly recommend them

Totally recommend this vet surgery. Happy to take new patients. Excellent vets who show kindness and take time with your pet. Excellent after service and good pet plans.
