Hospital doctors and supporting staff was very polite. I did my whole body medical examination here supporting staff named sukeshni and Shivani guided me to every department with lot of patience. They were polite and courteous towards the patients. Will recommend to our family and friends as well. Dr.Disha metwani was very polite.

The hospital has a very helping non medical staff. The nursing staff are always ready available and experienced (just as you expect in a private hospital). The senior doctors are mostly busy and don't always entertain the relatives. You will get very little time to consult the doctors.

Hello people...Here further in Meditrina Institude of Medical Nagpur has the best Homely atmosphere for the Patients who come with severe chronic pain and sufferrings with utmost low energies turned out to be the most positive hospital with all unconditional care and love. The staff bestows all their services and support to every individual with Respect and care.I am Mrs Sholly Rajan sethi wife of Rajan sethi (patient) with due respect thanks to Respected Doctor Janai and doctor Vaidya for doing Right Maxilla Reconstruction of mouth due to Cancer from which he was cancer free by the grace of Almighty.Meditrina Staff All sisters and brothers and Doctors were very co-operative and good care takers with their selfless behaviour and goodwill.I especially thank Nikita Reveskar sister and sourab brother for being so helpful at odd hours to be present with a smile and care.Hygiene and other medicine facilities are also well maintained .Security wise was too good.I would suggest Everyone to go for Meditina hospital Nagpur for their medical treatments as they contribute alot for our well being and are par- excellence with every Amenities and services.

Hospital is average about infrastructure and good about treatment. The some of the staff members are rude. We took deluxe room but they dont allow to switch on Ac. The Tv is not working. Rooms are very small we felt clostofobic. Ac pipes are hanging in the room.
It is very average type of hospital. We came here just because it is associated with our office. Otherwise it is little expensive.

very bad and negative experience............ supporting staffs are not professional.......... hospital is only for business not for treatment...........last day i went to the hospital for opd check up(2nd time),but the doctor was not present at that time due to Emergency OT.but cash counter staff didn't inform me that and charged me for opd check up.After that i was told to wait for 3 to 4 hrs(at 12.30pm).so i came to the hospital at 4 pm again to consult my problem with the doctor but sadly doctor was not available and they told me that he has gone at 2 pm...... though they previously told me that doctor will be available till 8 pm so u can come till 8 pm.Sadly a junior doctor returned my prescription saying that the doctor has reviewed your report and prescribed you the same medicines including one new medicine which I was using since one month.but my problem was not cured still in one month that's why I revisited the hospital from 250km so i could tell my problem to doctor to change the medicines.my concern only is that i was charged money to meet the doctor but i cant ,they miss guided me .........i came here from 250 km ,they wasted my whole day for nothing
there is no hate against the doctor and hospital but we are patients not money making machine....so you should also value us and our precious time..

Recently my father was admitted in meditrina hospital in ICU for chest pain he was in ICU for week when we got discharge and came home we saw that my father was suffering from Bed sore very badly they have not taken proper care in ICU i was suprise to see such thing happen in repuated hospital, washroom was not properly clean hospital is totaly unhygienic.
when i spoke with doctor regarding my father he said didi or ward boy has not clean properly it's means thay don't have trained staff in hospital, if hospital is charging 12900rs as per day for ICU and tho patients are suffering.
when patient come back home from hospital they are not fit they are suffering from another disease.
I will never suggest anyone to visit meditrina hospital for treatment.
Are paitents save in hospital if such careless is happening to whom should we trust.

I had treatment of my wife here for laproscopy. Staff is polite and cooperative but food service, drinking water for patients needs improvement certainly.
