a pharmacist ushered me into a room in my own without saying a word and i sat alone in the room waiting for a doctor for 15 mins- was never told this was an online consultation until one silently pointed at a laptop! i could hear the pharmacists moaning about customers from outside, two people came in to interrupt my appointment (rummaging through the fridge and emptying the bin) AND the pharmacists ordered a huge takeaway while myself and a load of other customers were in there? bizarre
