Amazing experience! They took me in when I was desperate because I kept bouncing from my GP to a pharmacy for the prescription of a medicine. The receptionist was kind enough to let me speak on the phone with Doctor Raj who then gave me an appointment. He was super kind and explained the pros and cons of the whole process and took me in twice without even charging me. He is caring, compassionate and such an expert! He explained everything very well and even went against his interest to suggest that it was not the right time for me to start this particular medication as I was still not completely ok. I highly recommend this clinic and pass my salutations to Doctor Raj, THANK YOU again!

Used this place for ear treatment, had booked for ear check and possible wax suction.
Firstly due to some local roadworks was delayed but when I called, the lady on reception was really kind and understanding and said not to worry , keep making our way to the clinic.
We made it!!
Most delightful staff in here. Lovely welcoming smile, we completed the questionnaire and in less than 5 minutes my husband was called in and the consultant for the ear clinic was a lovely lady who was professional and reassuring. Then it was my turn, again friendly, reassuring and yep, needing microsuction and everything was done within 10 minutes. Really efficient!!
I was very impressed, no discomfort to my ears and to my purse.
Note..better price then alot of other clinics.
Would highly recommend this clinic.
They offer walk in as well.

Really wonderful experience from the first time I had a telephone conversation with Raj to the time when I had my blood test done so quick and efficient .Raj was amazing was very kind and professional making sure I had understood my health issues and all the treatments and side effects of any medication i will be taking.His advice and time means a lot to and to any patient who needs to be looked after with kindness and empathy.

Opted for a private blood test as my GP surgery suggested I went to A&E ( and I guess waited for ages ) to get it done on a day. Called MedicPlus, got an appointment in 1.5 hour, results came early next morning. Not sure how the prices compare, I didn't shop around, I just wanted my results quick which I got. Happy.

I had a telephone consultation with clinician Raj Thakerar today and would highly recommend him/Medic plus . He was kind and empathetic. He tried to understand my illness, answered the questions i had and prescribed medication. More importantly he dint rush the consultation.
