Absolutely disgusting service, what a downgrade from 2-5 years ago. Booked an appointment, only to get a “telephone consultation” after 6. Did not get this call whatsoever, what was the point of booking an appointment at 8? Someone from my family also goes to this GP, gets very bad treatment from the nurse, who treats her like a child and acts like she can’t speak english at all, it was painful to watch. Also forgets what dose to give her and gives her double the amount the hospital does, clearly this place needs some retraining.

This place Is a disgrace for humanity. And what is worse is that they still have the lack of shame to reply to the coments with lies. I was like 3 no ths trying to get an appointment for a doctor until I finally gave up. You call at one hour and they keep you for hours waiting. You call out of that hour and they tell you to call to an specific hour. Now they say you need to book on line but if you go on line probably will tell there are no appointments. 99% of African countries give better and more human service.

Just called up to get test results and the Receptionist did not give me the confidence that she was providing me with the right results as she firstly assumed it was for a blood test, which it was not and then after finding out my result it was said in such a blasé manner. These results were really important to me. Thankfully they came back clear but the delivery of this news was just so insensitive and didn't make me feel at ease that it's legit either. Overall the nurses and doctors are fantastic but the Reception staff are generally very poor when it comes to customer service. Rude and express a bad attitude.

Worst GP ever in Luton. I’m trying online service since sharp 8:00Am and it’s showing me Already services closed for today. It’s really fake system established. No one looking what’s going on. No one monitoring. No one bothered GP is all about patients care not to trouble patients.

“I am extremely disappointed with the service at this GP center. I have been calling for the past two days, and every time I am told they are fully booked, with no alternatives or solutions offered. Today, I called right on time, and the staff told me I had to book online. I explained that I am in severe pain and urgently need help, but she didn’t seem to care at all. Instead of offering any assistance, she rudely hung up the phone on me. The lack of empathy and professionalism is shocking. This is by far one of the worst surgeries I have ever dealt with. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and compassion, especially when they are in pain. Avoid this place if you can.”

Very disappointed with medici medical practice.

Dealing with a life in pain, both heartless receptionists sent me away when I arrived a few minutes after my appointment.

They could clearly see that I am on crutches and un able to walk very fast.I arrived at the reception breathless as I tried to move fast in pain.I tried to explain, and asked if they can ask the doctor if they can consider me.

Receptionist didnot seem bothered to exhaust my options in what could have been done next to resolve my situation,Samera didnot address the GP face to face to see if there was a chance to still be seen.
