Booked a blood test online here, but they cancelled it 2 days later, no email with a reason why, no phone call to say why, or apologise or to re-schedule. Just seems a bit off 🙁

Now 1 Star because they have done it again. STOP DOING THIS!

Really good.
I tend not to ring for an appointment. I go in to make one as the phone lines are always busy. It leaves the phone line for those who can't get in to make an appointment... everyone rings first thing in the morning anyway.
I always get an appointment within a week. If I ask for one urgently, I get one, no problem.
Doctors are great. They listen well which is good. I like them to explain things.
Repeat prescriptions are so easy. Online saves a lot of bother.

I am.in extremely pain and went in clinic at 8am they given me phone consultation not face to face appointment which I needed that to be examine.

Doctor called Me at 11am and listen to me for 2 min and was not willing to examine me on the day. What is going on? Even doctors are not in the clinic and they are just handling everyone on the phone.

Why can't reception give us face to face appointment I also explained her my situation but thats not fair

How can they solve all the problems on the phone

How can they become full at 11am and they can't see me ?

Even doctors are not listening you as well.

It used to be a helpful surgery but now the service is extremely disappointing and even though staff don't attend the phones.

Agree with the below reviews. Was told in order to get an appointment for my Dad who had a chronic infection and needed further antibiotics to make an appointment on the Ask my GP app. All afternoon the app wasn’t open. I go in person to the desk and ask to make an appointment. Again I get referred back to the Ask my GP app. I said it’s been offline most of the day and won’t let me make an app. They said I could make an appointment at 6AM the next morning when it comes back online, in which case I said, and what if I’m not up at 6AM? The following day, at 11AM I checked the app to make an appointment and the app was down again. Absolutely useless. The surgery has gone massively downhill in the last few years, in particular since the start of the pandemic and also when moving to the new healthcare centre. The receptionists and admin staff need ten reminders to make a referral and you need to ask umpteen times to get results of a blood test, even when the results have come back as abnormal. It’s like the ultimate aim of all staff is who can do the least work and get away with it. Hint: It’s very obvious and and the reminders in capitals asking the public not to make any kind of negative comment about the staff or to the staff merely just signals how many complaints they are receiving. We’re entitled to our freedom of speech and to complain when you’re clearly being negligent and not taking proper care of your patients.

Rude staff , never at reception when visiting the premises waited over 30 mins at the window ended up leaving with no appointment and went to the walk in centre for them to sort things out straight away , this was regarding my child's milk allergy that I visited time and time again about

Like many surgeries post-covid (Well, as "Post" as we're going to get) they are struggling along with what seems to be semi-stringent anti contagion protocols. Protocols that seem to antagonise patients like continued mask wearing and a proclivity for tele-consults rather than face to face appointments. All that said, whether they agree with the protocols or not the ladies that run reception do a fine job. They cope with the antagonised patients well and keep a smile on their face when dealing with everyone else. I've seen them have to endure some really bad behaviour from patients. Behaviour that they should not have to experience.
