I have been visiting Medicare a few times now for dental appointments with Dr. Osman Menla. Dr. Osman is highly skilled and at the same time very friendly and he always takes the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. He has carried out dental repairs where I didn't had any hope anymore that the tooth can actually be retained. His work is to a very high standard. I am very happy with the service received and the only regret I have is that I didn't know about Medicare earlier. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Medicare for a tooth extraction performed by Dr. Osman Menla and his nurse, Monica. I’m extremely pleased with the service I received. The extraction was completely painless, and I didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Osman is not only highly skilled but also very caring and thoughtful. He takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and all possible outcomes, making you feel at ease. I couldn’t be happier with the care and professionalism shown. Best dentist I've been to in the UK hands down. During my appointment Dr Anna Kyziol made me feel warm and at ease. She has a heart of gold, and was absolutely professional. Her knowledge and expertise are also top notch.

Dr Ewa Wrońska is an amazing dentist who put me at ease immediately and was very attentive and cared about how I felt throughout the entire treatment. She even gave me a small pillow to make sure I was comfortable. She is so gentle and has a soothing voice so much so that I actually enjoyed being there. I’d very much recommend her and the entire staff at Medicare clinic. Very professional and efficient. I’ll definitely be back! Many Thanks.

I have visited the clinic plenty of times, especially because of their great dentists. Every time I had an amazing experience, starting from very nice receptionists to professional and emphatethic doctors. I can highly recommend this place

Unfortunately not good. The appointments now are more rushed as they try and make more money, but what really bothered me was that they do not store receipts of everything you pay. Ended up having to spend extra time explaining to the receptionist (after the procedure which was really painful) that I DID pay £100 deposit as the booking was 2h (like … you can’t just get up from the chair and leave in the middle of a procedure but anyway, paid for a 2h deposit). Then I had to wait for her to confirm with another colleague that I was telling the truth and the receptionist kept contradicting me. After spending about £1000 total and them NOT storing receipts as required by HMRC. The lady before me had the same problem and had to argue with them. That’s no way to treat your patients. I would give a quick call to the hmrc tax office but I do believe my doctor was good (hence not giving zero stars). Overall, not coming back here.

Doctor Jagoda Jaworska is honestly the best doctor I have ever met. Her genuine compassion for what she does makes the appointments go smooth and very comfortable. She is knowledgeable, supportive and listens which made me feel heard and understood. I will definitely recommend Doctor Jaworska.
