I would like to express my complete satisfaction with the overall MRI experience. The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. I especially want to commend the young woman who assisted me—her friendly demeanor and constant smile made a significant difference, creating a reassuring environment that is invaluable for patients.
While I was very pleased with the service, I would like to offer a suggestion. The MRI machine being located in a container outside the building was slightly inconvenient, particularly due to the rainy weather. Additionally, the changing room inside the container was a bit small. It would be beneficial to consider moving these facilities indoors to enhance patient comfort further.

I recently had an MRI at Prime Health, and I was very impressed with the service. The staff was professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the waiting time was minimal. I appreciated the clear explanations and the efficient handling of my appointment. There is free parking available on site. I had MRI 10-11 years ago and remember it taking a lot longer back then. Now it was a lot easier. The machine tells you what it is doing, how long a scan takes and warns you before your table is moved.
Staff were friendly and made me super comfortable. If it wasn’t that loud even through earplugs and headset, I could have had a nap in the MRI machine

felt cheap. as if 2 car park attendants had built a machine from plywood and were pretending at being radiogrphers. more issues than I can write here. if your NHS and its necessary then OK but I wouldn't pay. I`m not even confident the scan will be usable.

Perfect, not only was this the cheapest option (MRI, elbow), it was perfect. Plenty of parking, really clean, lovely staff, very well organised, can't fault it at all. If you're having an elbow scanned by the way, just be prepared to be lying in the superman pose for 20 mins, they made me as comfortable as possible but no matter what, lying in that pose for 20 mins isn't comfortable. I have even more respect for Christopher Reeve now! 😉

I know this is a mobile unit so it has its challenges fitting all the equipment into a lorry body. But the changing room is so tiny and located right next to the entrance door making it feel very uncomfortable to change your clothes there, especially as the door was left open. Maybe more thought into where to place the changing room/s would help? ... Also some offer of getting on and off the scanning table if patients are in need would also be nice... The procedure was as expected, so no complaints there.
