Terrible service called up to see if they had received my order spoke to a very rude lady called Sharon she went on to say she hadn’t received my order and that I need to go back to the pharmacy as they clearly haven’t sent it I tried to explain I had been copied into the email and can see the order was emailed Sharon then went and said she can’t find any orders and that I should get the pharmacy to contact them. I then contacted the pharmacy to contact medi and the pharmacist had the same issue speaking to Sharon Sharon was very rude to the pharmacist and said she is wasting her time calling up regarding a made to measure order and that she wasn’t happy that I had called up to enquire about my order. Pharmacist explained to Sharon that the form she completed had a contact number for medi to enquire about updates on orders and that she was simply calling the number on the medi form but Sharon was very dismissal and angry the fact she had received a call. I then called up to speak to a manager called mark and explained his colleague Sharon was very rude and dismissal and the customer service I had received was extremely appalling he then insisted he will have a word with is colleague regarding this.

The service i have received from medi is very disappointing as I have been a returning paying customer and the compression garments are not cheap unless it’s a prescription.
