Last month I was given half my medication due to it not being in stock, I was told to return 2 days later and receive the rest, I was served my Ayse and was given a receipt to say Med Chem owes me and that I had fully paid for the medication - however I returned to the chemist a month later and was told that there is no medication to give me. I was told by the rude Pharmacist that I had collected it and that it’s on the system, I requested for them to check CCTV as in fact I hadn’t collected it. To then be told I need to ask my GP to provide me with another prescription (baring in mind I would need to pay again) - They didn’t listen to me and Ayse did not put notes to say she had done me a favour to order the medication and that I would pop by soon. This entirely has caused me great distress as I have complications with my periods and without this medication I was in severe pain.

Absolutely disgusted.

Excellent advice. Zara was amazing! She solved my problem within 2 minutes after waiting for 3 hours on 111.

I enquired about whether they sell diabetes blood glucose kits that come with a specific set of test strips, because obviously I will need them on prescription (duhhh!) and the lady on the phone said I could just buy the strips if I ran out or don't have them on prescription.

Sorry but how ignorant do you have to be to suggest that a type 1 diabetic (I didn't say I was but was it not obvious) just buys test strips from a pharmacy. How much money does she think I have?

3 stars for being completely tone deaf to the financial climate. Like I said to her, I'm not a bank🙄.

Had a referral from NHS 111 regarding skin itching, they sent me to this pharmacy, when the “doctor” called my name he already came in a rude way asking if I don’t pay for my prescriptions, then said no and took straight a way a medicine which I had a look and I already had at home he then looked me in a super rude way and said he’s going to change but all I wanted was him to see my skin since I wanted someone to tell me what it is!
Don’t come here!

Needing painkillers at 11pm - really pleasantly surprised to find a pharmacy open at this time. Very helpful staff. I don’t mind that it was more expensive than boots (not by that much, if you get the non-brand medications) especially given the time of night.

Came here when I had a painful skin infection that urgently needed to be looked at and given medication for at 9pm on a Saturday when no other pharmacy was open. I feel very lucky that they were open and that they could help me. The pharmacist was so kind and helpful and made the process of getting antibiotics seamless and easy on what could have otherwise been a very stressful night. Thank you again!

Ignore the negative reviews. They're my local pharmacy and are open all hours which I've never had my entire life, always helpful, and know their stuff. I'm a repeat med customer so am here regularly, so I know when they know their stuff. The negative comments about price... Yes it's more expensive than boots because shock... It's not a huge multinational chain, what are you expecting? Of course it will cost more, this is the same for any small local business. If you know it costs less and you're willing to complain then you have enough time to go there and buy there instead of sullying the name of honest small businesses.
