My experience with Medacs Healthcare was brilliant I am thankful to have the best recruiter Natalie who helped me through the whole process she made me feel very welcome and I appreciate the help she made everything quick and smooth for me. My trainer Pam Lewis and Pamela were such wonderful people and I’m glad I had the best training people who helped and guided me to the best stage to becoming a health care assistant again! This company is an absolute disgrace. My sister began her training beginning of July and has yet to be signed off. Instead they emailed her telling her she no longer can be taken on, conveniently after she told a member of staff she found out she was pregnant. They promised her she would be signed off soon and she will be paid for all her training work and shifts in which she did all the work and a member of staff just watched over. But when she tried to followed this promise up, they told her that they do not have to pay her as she was not signed off. Another colleague was paid before she got signed off, but my sister wasn’t. SHE WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER. Completely unprofessional, they also disclose confidential information about service users to other service users. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE OR WORK FOR THEM!!
