Absolutely five star service from first contact to the safe nurse-escorted repatriation of my mum from New Zealand back to the UK. The Med ResQ team were friendly, responsive, caring and efficient throughout the entire process. I spoke to several different service providers before choosing Med ResQ and selected them due to their compassion and understanding of the complex situation facing my elderly mum. The entire team, from logistics support staff to Catherine, the nurse who escorted my mum, were fabulous. They made a stressful situation as relaxed as possible under the circumstances. The long trip home was actually a breeze due to the meticulous planning and support. I can't recommend them highly enough.

In a time of crisis, they went above and beyond to bring my brother-in-law safely from Cyprus to London after he was involved in a car accident. The Med Resq team were excellent from start to finish. My 80yr Mum had fallen and broken her hip whilst on holiday in Cyprus with no travel insurance. As she could not be operated on in Cyprus she needed to be repatriated. The team met with my Mum and reassured her that everything would be fine. And it was! They liaised with the Cyprus hospital to prepare her for the flight journey, dealt with all transfers and managed her pain throughout the flight and onward journey to hospital in Gloucester. If you are ever in need of their services I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

When you are faced with a medical emergency its a minefield to work out what you need to do. Not all medical repatriation services offer the complete bed to bed service.

I can completely hand on heart recommend Adam and Chris at Med ResQ for their advice, service and safe delivery of my brother from Portugal back to the UK.

I now understand how complex the process is and the number of people involved so I was very pleased that Adam and Chris dealt with everything from his hospital in Portugal to getting him a bed in a local UK hospital.
The cost was a lot less than other quotes which was a relief as we were paying ourselves

The whole process from engaging Med ResQ to act on our behalf to getting my brother home was very quick

My brother is safe back in a hospital in the UK surrounded by family and friends. We could even track the progress of the plane while my brother was on board.

In trying to repatriate a family member to the UK following a stroke suffered in Spain, Med Res Q were absolutely amazing. From the initial contact I knew they were professional and expedient in their service. The team were available at short notice, returning any calls and responding to any emails quickly. They were a great source of advice at a time when we were totally at sea on what needed to be done. The team were open and honest throughout and they did not push for the most expensive package, but genuinely recommended the most appropriate package based on our circumstances. I would definitely recommend their service as they went over and above would I could have expected, making a very difficult time that much easier.

October 2019 I was alerted my 70 year old dad had had a stroke on holiday in Kos and he had no medical insurance, after flying out to assess how bad he was it was clear the only way he would survive would to be back in the UK, due to how serious his condition was he needed a medical flight. My brother did some research and got 3 quotes for a dedicated flight a bed to bed service. The Med ResQ quote was the cheapest although still a huge amount of money, the Med ResQ team gave endless support via phone with options and giving medical advice to explain what the Greek doctors were saying. It was days until we could find the money to pay for the flight, at no point were we called or hassled during those days to book anything. When we finally decided to go ahead my dad was in a UK hospital within 24 hours!! They handled everything, contacting Greek hospital, to stroke ward at UK hospital, the whole 24 hours was flawless. When the English doctor and Nurse arrived at my dads bed in Greece i felt such huge relief, the rest went so quick, in ambulance then private plane to UK hospital bed, it was only when my dad was safe and on the ward they left. My dad literally owes these people his life, if it was not for their support on the phone before the booking, and the first class service after, my dad would be dead. 3 months on and my dad is still in hospital recovering. Adam and his team were beyond incredible in helping to bring my friend home from Mexico after a terrible accident.

Medical Repatriation is a tricky field to navigate on your own and it can get very overwhelming but these guys were incredible since the first contact and really took their time to listen and help!

I will never be able to thank them enough but will be forever grateful! Couldn't recommend them more!

I cannot thank this company enough. After a truly traumatic Experience in Luxor Egypt I contacted them to repatriate privately. This was not possible but it did not stop them spending days and hours going through everything with myself and my daughter back in the UK. Making sure we understood everything and getting test results looked at and checked by a specialist. Chris was the consummate professional in all of his advice while being friendly and honest. I felt like I had a champion helping me. All of this without one penny paid by me or expected from me. Phone calls from the UK to Egypt, advice comfort and a friendly voice at the end of the phone. All of this helped me to make the right decision about my medical care. I could never recommend them enough. Use them and you will not be dissapointed.
