Had a hand therapy appointment with Alex and Sarah at 1.30pm. Very helpful, fully explained everything in laymans terms, extremely efficient. An absolute credit to MCH House.

I would just like to say how fantastic Alison.L is at this clinic. She's been with me the whole way through being diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic and on both my M1nt1e courses. What an incredible lady. Such a caring person who genuinely cares about her job and has so much passion. I'm actually gutted that I won't get to be in her care now I am on the insulin pump but none of that could have been possible without her support and the fantastic job she does!! Thank you so much Alison x

Had an mri scan dine in November have been waiting for results ever since regularly go into MCH and understand they have had issues but am still waiting in agony everyday as ni test results I have now had my work affected as I'm in too much pain. I was told yesterday that they would nit recieve my results of weeks being told they would. I have no idea where my results are as the email address I was given bu a receptionist at mch just keeps coming back to me as no address. I will breaking a complaint as I have been in agony since September and still no whereabouts for my scan results. My whole lifestyle is affected and now as well as my mental health thanks to the way I have been treated by mch

Trying to book a blood test is rubbish they tell you on the phone that not to go through the internet as there system has been crumtid so what means hacked then I ring and get through to you and you say what down the line that is not on and then I ask for a blood test and you say we are not booking go on line and book I sorry but I don't want to give my details in if you can not protect them you are just rude and you need to fix that first

I have my legs supposed to done every other day, whoever sorts out the nursing team i am constantly being let down, don't get any contact that they are not coming , every weekend i am left, waiting , when i phone it rings and you get music playing once it was for 90 mins. I get so depressed just cause i am 77 years old they don’t give a dam

Always find the staff very friendly and welcoming, the parking can be a problem, but if you get to your appointment early, then it's normally just a matter of waiting for a space. There is lift access to the reception area from the car park too.

Caring & efficient, seen promptly, nothing too much trouble, somewhat hidden lift, from below building disabled car parking spaces to reception, or steep steps up from exterior carpark, level access from road side, but on road parking difficult.
Visitor parking can be a problem at busy times and parking spaces are 'tight' even for the fit & able.
