Hi. Don’t go with this company under any circumstances if you suffer with mental health or trauma related illnesses. They are insensitive about trauma and ask inappropriate questions about your trauma. Communication is shocking, cancel hour and they’d still turn up and question why I’ve sent them back and get annoyed that I’ve sent the carer back. Management can’t take constructive criticism regarding the staff. Would pay carers for 6hrs a day and they disappear for a couple hours and still get payed and say it was a lunch break. Management would throw a fuss over a little disagreement and call it racism due to you arguing with them. Wouldn’t give them any stars if I had a choice
