This review is not for the practice on a whole but for the wonderful nurse practitioner Nikki white. Who on more than one occasion has saved my life by actually listening to me, where so many others had failed. She listened to my concerns regarding my twins and actually helped me with solving the problem, instead of fobbing me off and making me feel crazy . I feel instantly at ease when I know my appointment has been made and I find out it’s Nikki whom I will be seeing, as I know I’m actually going to listened to and helped. My youngest son has a fear of going to the docs but Nikki always makes him feel comfortable and he instantly relaxes when he sees her face at the surgery.

Myself and husband have been using this surgery for a while now and we both agree that both Nikki and Rachel the nurses we see are spot on. We always request to see either of these ladies where possible.
They cater to our every need and are both very friendly and thorough when it comes to diagnosis
They provide a comfortable environment for us.
I would also like to say that Tracy 1 and Tracy 2 on the desk are always polite and helpful.

Can't thank Nikki the nurse practitioner enough for all the help and support she has given to my family with referrals and help groups to get my son the help he needed and deserved. When she says she will send info she is always prompt at doing it. Always welcoming and smiley.

this review is mostly for Tracy Wallington for always making sure i get the best possible apps to see numerous different gps over the past few months she listens to me and provides me with help on what to do ect
the doctor i see this afternoon was very nice also took time with me didn't feel rushed at all actually gave me a proper examination and also thanks to the staff who do the prescriptions as they sorted my sons out straight away when a mistake was made and nikki who ordered tests for me to make sure all my bloods were ok so thank you Tracy and all who actually help me with all my problems

Got a message from GP that my appointment is on 6/8/24 at 12:00 so I reached there before and I said all my details to a lady and she confirmed my appointment and told me have a seat and someone will call you.
I was waiting till 1:00pm and nobody called!
The lady which had confirmed my appointment called me and asked me again , what is your date of birth? I told her again and she confirmed my name again and she was talking with herself... then she started talking with her colleague which was besid her and I think she mentioned this issue to her that she has forgotten to check me in, in the system !!
They took my phone and looked to message about my appointment then she asked me why I'm there for what reason
I said I don't know the doctor knows that is why I have appointment.
As far I know I'm a heart patient I have two stent in my heart and my medication has finished as well so maybe there are some important check up needs to be done, she said you don't have appointment here What
Then who send this message to me ?
She says I don't know!!!
Then who knows
She says I don't know!!!
I told her when I come here one hour ago your colleague asked my details and then confirmed my appointment and asked me to have seat there to be called by someone but why and how you say I don't have appointment now after one hour ?
She said go online and book appointment.
I said the link you have sent months ago isn't working and there is no appointment she said no there is alot of slots go and book there, WHILST SHE REPEATED TWO TIMES THAT IM IN POSITION 2 FOR TODAY'S APPOINTMENT but she ignored her words and told me go and here is no appointment.
I asked her if something happened in the system any error or something that's ok rebook it for today or tomorrow she refused and said no go and book by that useless link.

They were very rude, unprofessional, impolite, illiterate, with a very racist behaviour, i can confirm this.

I will go ahead to raise an official complaint against them to the ministry of health and all other related departments. It's not that easy to do this with people.

Their place is not there. They should stay at home or if they want to work, cleaning is a better job for them. That's appropriate job for them.
Customer service/support, in a GP with patients is not easy job.
Educated people with kind heart and big patient can do this.

A 5 🌟⭐⭐⭐⭐ review for a very lovely lady called Tracy🤗🤗
Not only Tracy reigested my Mum back on the system as its saves us a 10 days just to get the appointment for the GP. That day we needed to see the doctor ASAP as my was having unbearable pain but With lots of care & dedication Tracy did arrange everything from wheel chair + appointment for the Dr. for us There & then on the same day.

Thank you once again Tracy you are defo my Favourite.
