When we first joined this surgery everything was fine with no problems, roll on 1 1/2 yrs and the service has rapidly gone downhill. Having to wait for prescriptions because they don't send them to the chemist, our treatment has been amended by admin without our prior notice or communication. They have been incredibly rude over the phone and and times unhelpful. Now you can't even book an appointment as they just can't cope with everything. The easiest way to get an appointment is calling 111 who can book something for you over the phone.
We also had to pay £70 for 2 letters from the Dr and it took them 109 days to type these for us and get making excuses when we questioned them.

If I could give 0 stars I really would. this doctors surgery used to be fab when Dr pollard and Dr Moore etc were there. Now you have no chance of getting an appointment or phone call for that matter, anything not urgent you're certainly stuffed! saw a paramedic with my 4 Yr old as thought she had a uti got told she's fine 2 days later am at out of hours with her to be told she has one and needs strong antibiotics. if I could move now, I most definitely would. no care, no continuity, no follow ups just an absolute mess

I have been waiting to be treated for my condition for a very long time and now that occupational health from work is willing to help, I have yet again needing to wait for the referral that won’t take them 5 minutes to do… this GP surgery is basically useless. They are not very helpful and if I can give negative stars I would.

Worst GP practice ever, regardless of how much pain you have, the answer is always no appointments available to get a prescription, call 111.

Since my review, I have been contacted by phone by the practice manager who assured me that a new triage system is being implemented to improve appointment bookings.

That said, I am still disappointed in the service, a fit note request was made on the 20th of Jan and still no response to my request received to date. Very poor service.

I waited weeks for an appointment for me to get a message the day of my appointment that it has been cancelled. The message stated that I need to call next week to find another appointment! The surgery should be rearranging appointments for the patients when they cancel not expecting the patient to have to weeks again. For me this is a serious appointment they have just cancelled and when I called the surgery I was laughed at by the receptionist and then hung up on! No care within this company whatsoever

Truly awful. I'm actually planning to file an official complain on grounds of negligence. Their appointment system is based on the assumption that customers have nothing else to do and should just be calling every so often and hope they get lucky. The doctor has noted that I need medicines but I cant get that until I get an appointment, which in itself has next to zero probability. Its surgeries like these that are at the heart of Britain's productivity crisis.

I'm disappointed in the phone connection! I had my phone in my hand when the doctor rang, however it didn't show long enough on my phone for me to answer 🙁 and a voice message came through immediately. I question if it even rung. Now I have to wait until next Friday until I can call again!

Absolute shambles. For routine appointments booked weeks in advance are hard to get, however is you have a more urgent problem you have no chance! After a 4 days of ringing and being on hold for 30mins plus to be told no appointments for my under 5 is horrendous. Ended up calling 111 to force their hand at even a chance of speaking to a doctor to get my little one seen. Then I get accused of missing an appointment as somehow reception had booked me one after telling me nothing was available?!! It's a total joke. However once your in all the doctors, nurses and paramedics are fantastic
