Paid over £200 pounds for only 25 minutes, was rushed out for the next client, and was never even examined!! absolutely ridiculous. All of my symptoms got blamed on anxiety (again, these were not investigated / examined / anything) but with no suggestions on how to manage this supposed anxiety beyond things I already do (which I told her). Got nothing out of it and grateful I was able to get care in my home country when I got home from uni.

Not as important, but I brought my partner to help me advocate for myself and they were not allowed in except for the last 5 minutes, at which time I had already become demoralized. Even thought I insisted that I would prefer them there and feel more comfortable that way.

Wow these guys really saved me! After having my test not delivered by another company, I booked a test with Mayfield Clinic less than 48 hours before my flight. I was seriously impressed by the ease of the whole process. From booking to receiving my certificate was so much smoother than other providers and really helped put my mind at ease. Definitely go with these guys, other places are really not worth the stress!

My mom, who is 60 years old, was seen at the Mayfield Clinic for severe ear pain. The doctor was hesitant to prescribe antibiotics and instead wrote a script for a steroid nasal spray.

However, upon arriving home in the States two days later, my mom was very sick and was running a high fever. When she saw her GP at home, she was diagnosed with a double ear infection and a sinus infection. The GP was shocked and concerned that my mom, given her age and frailty, was not originally given antibiotics in the UK with the symptoms she presented with.

I’m disappointed with the care my mom was given – at considerable cost – at the Mayfield Clinic. She had to endure a long plane flight in considerable ear pain while quite sick. Concerns about antibiotics resistance should not be born on the backs of fragile seniors. I will not be returning to the clinic, nor would I recommend it to others.

Got a covid PCR test done here prior to Christmas. Really smooth service, easy booking, answered all my email queries quickly and helpfully, and collecting the test kit and returning it was easy. The waiting area feels very safe with appropriate social distancing. Staff were all polite, helpful and it ran smoothly. Excellent service overall!

Used the Mayfield Clinic for a same day Day 2 PCR test - amazing service, highly recommend. When I arrived back from holiday the test had already been delivered, I took the test the next morning and dropped it off to a Pharmacy in London, result came back by 6pm on the same day. Really great service and extremely straightforward to use!

I had a PCR test at the Mayfield Clinic. The staff were extremely helpful and we were in and out with minimal admin. I felt reassured by the personable approach and had the opportunity to discuss various scenarios with the doctor despite only booking a test appointment.

In these uncertain times, I appreciated the reassuring bedside manner of all the staff, from receptionist to doctor! I look forward to using their services again.
