I was concerned by the low review score but the doctor who saw me had decades of experience, and my care was first class. Thought I’d leave a 5* review to balance these out. I hope the NHS can retain brilliant staff for decades for future generations, but I fear services will continue to be stretched and shut down.

This pharmacy has gone downhill over the last few years, with an increase of students working which create a chaotic environment that sometimes misses items in a prescription or handles disputes in an unprofessional way. The saving grace is Joanne, who has worked there for years, knows everything and is so kind and efficient - the consummate professional.

Disheartening to see the way the people on reception treat the women in the clinic.
Incredibly and outwardly rude about patients in from of them and other people waiting. And continuing the speak negatively about them in front of everyone in reception.
No NHS values here, no care or compassion. If you want nasty comments and looks, then you’re in the right place.

They don’t send results, they say someone will call next day and no one does. The worst clinic I been to. Zero communication from the clinic. Compared to Dean Street that one is not worth it trying. Dean street gives results as fast as 2 hours after doing tests.

Very unhelpful staff to the Reception, Nurse and the GP's they make it very difficult to access family planning facilities what happened to patient care and confidentiality!
So unhelpful and Dr's start there consultation by telling you your rude!
I have attended family planning service for years and never has a problem until Mattocks lane.

My Sister has just on the 11th August received the worst experience after 15 years with this surgery. During this time when the health service have been praised for their contributions to the general public you have certain nurses such as Aisha who would rather give nurses a terrible reputation. I wonder how one can request their results a number of times when the test was completed before COVID restrictions and be told now to repeat with such rudeness and a poor attitude. My sister was asked to go home and use her toilet for a urine sample which could have been completed while on the premises. This team on the 11th August have shown to be careless and unsympathetic. I am even surprised that the practice manager did not intervene. My taxes help to fund the work this team do and would expect a respectable service when I visit my GP and not to be abused. I am very disappointed and would certainly not recommend this practice to anyone. I intend to take this further as this very appalling,
