One of the worst experiences of my life was registering here because a hijab lady who is in the information was very rude. She humiliated me and my son many times with her behavior because I don't understand English well and spoke with displeasure. I sent the letter of my appointment to the clinic because I had fallen to the ground and my leg was injured, but he did not give the letter to my son and said that whenever your mother can speak English, she will come by herself, and I had to wait an hour under those conditions. I walk to and from the clinic. The doctors are good and you know a blonde girl who is very polite and well-mannered. But unfortunately, this lady's behavior questioned a clinic and I changed the clinic because I could not tolerate her behavior and being humiliated. .

Tried calling 10 times regarding my dads prescription which the doctor had messed up, eventually got through only to be put on hold for 10 minutes then it sounded like someone came back to the phone only for it to be put straight down. I then tried to ring back a further 24 times hearing the same automated message "we are sorry we are unable to answer your call, our receptionists are busy please keep trying" how about getting more phone lines and more receptionists so people can actually speak to somebody and the fact you can't leave a voicemail makes it 100x worse, give 0 stars if I could you lucky you're getting one out of me.

After 17 years of being with this surgery, it is a shame they won't answer the phone on a morning. On the rare occasion we have managed to get an appointment, we have been treated very well. So this is a review only on the fact that no one ever answers the phone, it's about time this changes as you are ringing with a medical issue, only to be told they've all gone for the day and to try again tomorrow or book one in three weeks?! This is not isolated to this surgery.

I moved to this surgery recently after hearing good recommendations from other patients. Since then, I’ve had a number of appointments for my kids, seen three different doctors and each one has been incredibly helpful. The difference between this surgery and the one I was at before is night and day. I am so so thankful to the reception staff and doctors for providing such amazing care.
