Awful, there are a few staff members that would be more valued in another practice. On the whole I feel this practise failed my family member on every level. Zero patient care.

We have had excellent care and kind attention from all of the staff over the last few years when we have needed it. The receptionists can't thank them enough for their kindness and help. Pharmacy, yes there is a shortage of medication country wide. Not Marsh Medical practice fault. They try their hardest to get alternatives, or give us the prescription to try somewhere else. The NHS has changed over the last few years and the surgeries have to to go with the changes. I think they are doing a fantastic job

The problem with Marsh medical practice, in my opinion, is the receptionists. One is really helpful however there is another one who really ought to find a job that doesn't have anything to do with interaction with people. Rude. I was asking a question about my prescription and she kept interrupting asking the same question at least 3 times. When I pointed this out she hung up then blocked my number. Very poor. I was relying on the medication and didn't know what to do. My wife phoned on a different number and got straight through, to the nice receptionist.

Pharmacy are out of stock of medication again. Medication that is extremely important and could be life threatening. Can give me a prescription to take elsewhere, but not until the day after as there isn't a doctor available to sign it. All the while, the patient is suffering as they don't have the correct dosage of medication. Can the pharmacy please find out which chemist does have the necessary medication and send them a prescription by email ? NO, according to the receptionist, they haven't got time to be ringing around trying to find out who has it in stock.
In other words, it's your problem so you go and do it.

What is pharmacies duty of care?
Pharmacists and pharmacies owe a duty of care to their customers to prevent harm just as a doctor owes a duty of care to his patients. They have a legal duty to fill lawful prescriptions without unnecessary delay.

I went to pick up my repeat prescription. I knew the date my inhaler was due was the 9th of April. The pharmacist said it wasn't until the 29th of April. I explained this wasn't right and rather than checking he made me out to be a liar and said I had to make a doctors appointment if I wanted the medication earlier. He was quite rude! When I got home I found my old inhaler which had the date it was issued so I had proof. I went back and it was their mistake which the lady found out by checking the system which could have been done before if the previous pharmacist had believed me but I had to get proof. Really not impressed with the young male pharmacist rude and not helpful at all!

Feeling unwell, had a blood test on 1.9.22. I was told results would be back within a week. The surgery have the results, I was told to phone at 8am to book appointment to discuss the results, took several attempts to get through, eventually managed to book a phone appointment, Doctor phoned and said they can't look at my results at this time, I was told the doctor would look at my results on Monday and would call me to discuss them. Monday I received a text message from the Doctor telling me they could look at my results but as I have a appointment in a weeks time 21.9.22 to discuss another matter they will discuss them with me then. I requested to speak to the Practice Manager, who did not attempt to call me, just sent a text telling me I would be required to wait until the 21.9.21 or phone at 8am to get a appointment to receive and discuss my results which I had already done but the Doctor did not give me my results. I will not be making any further phone calls or appointments.

Have been in the village just over a year and had excellent service from the reception and medical staff, never waited long for appointments, including December 27th, called at 08.00 seen and medicines dispensed by 11.00.
