Anna the receptionist,she is most polite,helpful and always takes her time with patients. You know things will get done when you speak to her. Some of her colleagues could learn alot from her?

“Anna” the receptionist is absolutely amazing, she is so helpful and so understanding, she is always so sympathetic and always polite, my whole family think she is the best receptionist, even my daughter that belongs to another surgery was impressed when she accompanied me to one of my appointments.

Would give zero if it was possible but clearly its not, this doctors is an absolute shambles firstly they told me that i was infertile when i wasn’t, secondly gave me the wrong medication for what was wrong with me i shouldn't of been on metformin for PCOS, thirdly they overdose their patients and think that its acceptable. Growing up as a little girl this was the best gp ever when it was the male DR kashyap the Original but his daughter im sorry to say is an absolute shambles of a doctor and should just give up and go be a full time mum

Would give zero if possible. Do NOT join this GP if you're a young, British chronic sufferer. 6 years of unrelenting gaslighting and failures of many sorts. Truly diabolical and anything to harm you. Keep evidence of everything.

My oppointment is at 8:10 I was there 8:00 nobody open the gp I wait there 30 minutes and the other day I wait 35 minutes she was saying doc is late . The staff is irresponsible . They need 0 star

Incompetence stuff, misbooking appointments and endless errors of messages sent to wrong patients. They book you first but you are the last to be seen.

I’ve had my family be patients at 3 GP’s now and Marks gate has to be the best of them all!
The receptionists are proactive, helpful and have a great attitude. My family always get an appointment when required. Thanks to the team there. You’re awesome!

New doctor each time….took them one month to get the blood test results and kept telling me to do it again even tho it’s my second once in two months….want me to lose blood !!!! New doctor each fine recapping all my records in the appointment.
There’s a new receptionist and she’s so useless, messed up dates and time, made me come at 8:30 even though I called again to double check and they were like it’s wrong date ….another occasion she said she’ll check and call back I WAITIED THE WHOLE DAY NO CALL. Fire her immediately
