I checked opening times before I started my call which stated 7pm. I held on for 18.31 minutes. To my dismay at 18.30 when I was number 1 in the queue, the line went dead. I could not believe it.

I was phoning on behalf of my 88 year old dad who is awaiting Covid and flu vaccinations. Last year he was told he was on the list for a visit but when he managed to chase the surgery, he was informed they had finished their vaccinations and he had been forgotten.

I am not happy.

Having used the ask my GP service at 08.40 on the 26th Sept, I had a phone call approx 08.50 asking if I could attend an 09.30 appointment with a doctor to which I did. What followed was an X-ray, CTscan both done within 25hrs and an appointment to see a doctor at Lincoln hospital all done in a 10day period. Thank you Market Rasen surgery and the nhs as well.

I can't fault this surgery, everyone I've met there have been friendly and patient. Never had any problems getting appointments, I use their online portal and have always received a quick response; given either an answer there and then, a phone call or a face to face appointment. Great surgery.

All staff & Dr’s have provided great care , with a good attitude to myself & family . We are very lucky to be able to either speak or see ( if necessary ) a Dr or nurse in the same day .

Market Rasen Surgery is absolutely fantastic! The staff are so caring, approachable and hard working! My sons and husband have been referred to hospital and have been seen really quickly. The nursing staff are fabulous and so knowledgeable. The Admin are always friendly and approachable. The GP staff are always welcoming and caring and don’t make you feel like you are wasting their time which is how I have felt at my previous GP surgery.
I have had an operation in their minor surgery department which is a fantastic resource and I would highly recommend.
I don’t understand why people are complaining? The surgery covers a MASSIVE area and you are seen the same day!! At our previous GP surgery we had to wait upto 4 weeks to be seen! You were always made to feel you were wasting their time.
Keep up the good work Market Rasen Surgery you are all doing a fabulous job 👍🏻👏💪🏻

Ring the doctors up this morning at half 8 my daughter has pink eye and her eyelashe is stuck in her eye. The lady said they don't normally check eyes out . She said but she will get a nurse to look at molly eye . Got there at 11.50 as was told to they couldn't find the appointment it wasn't on the computer I was like I phoned you up at half 8 first thing ..I got told your see her no we normally say go to hospital I explain to them the lady said it was OK my partner working in Sheffield said oh well it the same lady's as it was this morning and they know nothing about it lies
My daughter is autistic and non verbal not on its getting a joke now

Do not trust your medical needs from market rasen surgery.
They said different condition which I don't have.
The doctors are sometimes don't know what is a cerebral palsy which they said I don't have ich I have cerebral palsy.
The doctors are not nice towards me
