The guys in this shop are unbelievable helpful. They even went as far as spending time direct to the supplier to help me get some replacement parts for my “Drive” Rollator and I never even bought it from them in the first place. One of the best examples of 5 Star Service I’ve had in a very long time. Nice job guys!!!

Highly recommend this company and their products!
I looked into a large mobility scooter to replace my broken one so I called up to get more information and they couldn’t of been more helpful or polite.
They ended up with a tester scooter for me to try within days.
I ordered one and it’s an amazing bit of kit, very sturdy and well put together and the aftercare has also been amazing I honestly would recommend these to anyone who is in need of a mobility scooter i wouldn’t go anywhere else. As someone who has a physical injury and also is very vulnerable and reluctant to ask for help, but they were so friendly and helpful i felt like they were going above and beyond to cater to my every need, I know first hand that when I’ve needed to talk or need them out they were here the same day or day after.
Thank you market mobility for taking the stress and worry out of having a mobility scooter!

I rang Market Mobility on the off chance as Mum's mobility scooter was having trouble going the distance. A visit was arranged to the showroom with our friend Tina where we were all welcomed most warmly by both Darren and Michael.

We were shown different models and Mum (Ivy) had a test drive on a superb machine which really suited her needs.

We part exchanged our old model and now thanks to the prompt delivery service Mum will be riding round the village in a new chariot.

All in all we would recommend Market Mobility most highly.

Very impressive and helpful service. I was impressed with the speed of response to my initial phone and email questions and my visit to the store resulted in the purchase of a folding mobility scooter. Instructions and demonstration given, paperwork completed and I'm now mobile again.

Would just like to stay that I was looking for a travel mobility scooter.
I have a shop near we’re I live but there reviews weren’t that great , so I searched the internet.
And found a mobility shop forty minutes drive from me in Halstead Essex.
It had five star reviews.
So I emailed them got a response more or less straight away , Darren answered my email , and that’s Who I dealt with he was very helpful friendly with no hard sell .
He recommended a scooter to me It sounded just perfect for my needs and within my budget .
So I made the trip to Halstead to look at it .
He demonstrated how it came apart for putting it into the boot of a car showed me how the scooter worked and all it’s functions .Then he let me test ride it , Yes it was just what I needed.
I made the purchase and I’m one happy customer.
Just to add the shop is very well stocked with lots of equipment and very good selection of scooters .
They definitely deserve there five stars.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Over the years I have visited many mobility shops initially for my wife as she became disabled before me and now for myself as well.
Darren and Mike and the most helpful friendly and professional people I have ever had the pleasure to meet in any shop let alone a shop for people with disabilities.
They go out of their way to make sure you get the right product for you be it a new ferrule for a walking stick up to and including multi thousand pound scooters.
I do not often leave reviews or give recommendations but in this case I had to.
Whatever you disability needs talk to Darren or Mike at Market Mobility Halstead.
If they don't have it chances are they can get it and on the rare occasion they can't supply they will know someone who can.
Also once you have purchased they don't forget about you , I can pop in anytime and if they are not busy they will take the time to have a chat.

I was recommended by a friend to visit this shop by a friend. I would like to say that Darren was very helpful and managed to provide me with all that I required quickly and efficiently. I have re visited the shop for advise on other items and Darren was not in the shop but Michael was and again service was excellent. If you need any mobility equipment this is the place to visit, you are made to feel welcome and relaxed.
