Had a blood test this morning with Suzie, so friendly and took my mind off it so much I didn’t feel a thing. No waiting and in and out really quickly. Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff too.

I have no issues with the Doctors. They are all very caring & professional. The reception team are always helpful & polite. What let’s this surgery down is the Dispensary, after speaking to the Practice Manager on Friday I understand what she explained about with the increase in patients the work for dispensary increases. I still however don’t understand why prescriptions are taking 7 days (not 5 as advertised) some patients get a text message others don’t. Whilst waiting for my prescription to be prepared I witnessed 3 returning patients whom had waited longer than the 5 days for their medication. 2 of whom spoke to Louise (practice Manager) and at least 4 people who’s prescriptions weren’t ready. They clearly need more Staff on Dispensary which Louise says advertisements have been placed without success! I have heard a lot of talk about how rude a certain member of staff has been and I feel so sad that what once was a lovely, friendly practice is now making its patients very unhappy! For those people in Corby Glen who are unhappy with the Customer Service received atm please contact Louise (Practice Manager) Let’s try to get this back to a happy place to visit. Also what has happened to the Online Service that makes life easier by being able to book appointments, order Prescriptions and chatting with a Doctor? This Service works for lots of Surgeries across the Country, why not ours!

I can’t believe the reviews I’m reading. I’ve never been to a surgery with such rude reception staff. I came in and instantly asked for a mask as I didn’t have one and she cut me off so rudely telling me to wear a mask. Same with my partner he didn’t realise we had to wear them again due to flu outbreak and they were so rude and cut him off while he was mid asking for one. Completely unnecessary when people are being perfectly polite. They can’t wait to get you off the phone when you call. I understand things are hard at the moment but everyone is struggling in their own ways so some compassion and basic customer service would be nice. A couple of the doctors as well have been so dismissive of mental health so I only see 2 of them now. Just not a great surgery.

I have had excellent service. All staff have been helpful and courteous. I have a serious condition that could need prompt attention. The receptionists have always managed to fit me in. Many thanks to all the staff

Just read a very poor review can not believe that arr talking about the same surgery I have used for the last 20 years. The service from Doctors, nurses and admin. Staff has always been excellent.

If I could give zero I would so rude don't care about the patient at all ordered my husbands medication in plenty of time for delivery the next Wednesday to not get a phone call to tell us won't be delivered till the following Wednesday no offer to rectify their mistake as was done till after the cut off day for delivery always so rude when I call as if I'm trash will be moving my husband surgery ASAP as this place is a disgrace
